Amazon's Prime Day deals are one of the best ways to save on new Apple products. The great iPhone maker doesn't often discount its devices significantly or en masse, so these events could be one of the best times to save big on premium tech, including iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and accessories. While the main Prime Day is over, Amazon is offering more opportunities this year for prospective buyers.
Will there be a second Prime Day in 2023?
There won't be another Prime Day in 2023, but a similar event will be taking place in October. For reference, last year, Amazon offered a Prime Early Access Sale, along with the traditional Prime Day. This year will be the company's third time holding a shopping event in October.
Amazon announced that its next Prime Big Deal Days event will take place from Oct. 10-11, 2023, with Black Friday and Cyber Monday to follow a month or so later. Deals will go live at 3 a.m. EDT on both days.
Prime Big Deal Days vs. Prime Day: What’s the difference?
There's technically no difference between Prime Big Deal Days and Prime Day. Both are shopping events held by Amazon that offer exclusive discounts to its members. Prime Day usually takes place toward the middle of the year, around July, while the Prime Big Deal Days event occurs in October.
Do you need to be a Prime member to save on Prime Big Deals Day?
Prime Big Deals Day discounts require you to have an active Amazon Prime subscription. Without a Prime membership, you may still come across generic deals on Amazon, but these come and go all year round. There are also exclusive deals you get access to ahead of the big event, although there aren't any for Apple products right now.
